We want you to love your Sheet laundry detergent sheets! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at sales@sheetlaundry.com . We will happily replace or refund your order at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
